On Friday night, the day before the violent "Unite the Right" protests, a large group of white nationalists marched at the University of Virginia carrying torches.

Among those identified was Peter Cvjetanovic of Reno, Nev.

Photos of the 20-year-old college student showed him holding a tiki torch among other protesters during the white supremacist gathering Friday night. But one employee reached by phone Sunday, who declined to share his name because answering media questions about possible white nationalist coworkers is "above my pay grade", told BuzzFeed News that someone by that name had worked at Top Dog for "a few months" but is no longer employed there. Speaking with a local news station, Cvjetanovic insisted he was not "the angry racist" people saw in the photos.

"I understand the photo has a very negative connotation", he said. Well, you were just photographed frothing from the mouth and chanting white power and nazi slogans at a racist rally. "We all deserve a future for our children and for our culture", he told KTVN. "It is not ideal; there are flaws to it, of course".

Sifan Hassan of the Netherlands prevented an East African clean sweep by taking the bronze. "I was telling myself to go". Obiri did not run the 10,000 metres last week and her decision to concentrate on the shorter distance paid off.

Cvjetanovic traveled to the "Unite the Right" march to protest the planned removal of a statue of Confederate Army General Robert E. Lee, he said, because "the replacement of the statue will be the slow replacement of white heritage within the United States and the people who fought and defended and built their homeland". "I have friends who went to Charlottesville to counter-protest the Nazis, and once I saw the news of the vehicle incident it was very worrying until I was able to get in touch with them and confirm they were safe".

"As a white nationalist, I care for all people. White nationalists aren't all hateful; we just want to preserve what we have". Also, if you don't want your picture being spread around like this, may I suggest wearing a hood next time?

The "Yes, You're Racist" page also featured shots of James Fields, the 20-year-old of OH who allegedly rammed his Dodge Challenger into a crowd of demonstrators, killing 32-year-old Heather Heyer and injuring more than 20.
