Alors que la famille s'apprêtait à déguster un "chouriço", un plat traditionnel portugais de saucisses flambées à l'eau-de-vie, le plat en terre cuite a explosé et blessé plusieurs personnes.

Ces derniers auraient rajouté de l'eau-de-vie à leur plat, potentiellement à un barbecue, qui se serait alors enflammé.
