Mais il n'y a pas que sur le plan sécuritaire que le gouvernement était vigilant. L'hebdomadaire explique que le Premier ministre Bernard Cazeneuve avait prévu de se maintenir en poste jusqu'aux législatives, alors que rien d'autre que la tradition de la cinquième République ne l'obligeait à démissionner.
